By entrusting me with the services, you agree to the following terms:

 

SERVICE AGREEMENT

 

• I will provide design services based on your requirements and my professional expertise.
• Timelines and project details will be agreed upon before commencement of the project.

PAYMENTS

• An escrow amount of 30% is expected to start the project.
• I take Final Payment before project delivery. Once project is approved, I expect payments first and I than will deliver final files.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays.

OWNERSHIP

• You own the final design but agree to allow me to display it in portfolio.
• I retain right to preliminary concepts and designs.

 

REVISIONS & FEEDBACK

 

• I welcome and value your feedback. It helps me improve my services.
• I offer unlimited revisions to my recurring clients.

CONFIDENTIALITY

• Your project details and personal information are kept confidential.
• I won’t disclose your project until it’s completed.

PROJECT COMPLETION

 

• Upon project completion and final payment, you’ll receive all design files.

CANCELLATION

 

• Cancellation must be requested in writing.
• Fees may apply depending on project status.

LIABILITY

• Client satisfaction is my top most priority, but I am not liable for unforeseen circumstances.
